It seemed like Hokuto was just playing at a different speed than everyone else like his execution was on another tier or something. I wonder how people learn how to do that.
Nice work, nice to see myself back in 1998. It was a wonderful and memorable time to game in an arcade. People use to flock to SHGL just to play against the best of the best on the west coast, specifically Alex. We had people coming from all over the US, good times.

No one wants to see these same 6 characters... It doesn't matter how good you are, its fn boring to 90% of people. Ratio rules are stupid, just ban Sentinel and Cable. Watching their broken gameplay is soooo fn boring it kills the game, while low tier fights saves this game. Its a fact, people wanna want variety. No one cares "who the best sentinel is"
I didn't think it was possible for someone to make bootier colors than Capcom but whoever made the colors for this mod found a way. At least the matches were great.
