I'm sorry to disappoint you but Hermione Granger is not black. I've read all seven of those books and they described her as light skinned or white skinned. I know I'm a little late to say this, but better late than never.
Thanks for this video, great for showing to people who have only seen the movies that the books are worth reading. Also, in retrospect, Dumbledore was not only a better wizard but was wielding the Elder Wand at the time so Voldy didn't really have a shot. Although, he did defeat Grindelwald to capture the wand to begin with, so perhaps it was mostly talent.
Do you really think Dumbledore would put his guards down in front him knowing who he has become.... I am absolutely sure if at any moment voldemort tried to attack the Dumbledore would have been ready to defend.
I’ll never forgive the movie for making them evenly matched. The whole point of the duel was to show why Voldemort feared Dumbledore. Dumbledore dominated in the book
I find it interesting that Dumbledore was 'reluctant' to allow a whole branch of magic continue. Just like his not allowing so much of magic to not be taught, it makes one wonder how much his protecting students actually caused Voldemort's rise - or at least the number of supporters that went to him
It's absolutely criminal that this was omitted from the movies. I realize they had to shorten the content for run time, but Kreacher is one of the best character arcs of all 7 books
If I'm not mistaken, that's again something they omitted from the movie. If I'm wrong, please roast me. That said, the thing that frustrated me the most is that the movie never dove into who the Marauders were. That's what made me start to lose interest in the movie adaptations. Anyways, cheers from France! 🍻
