Is this product still in development and/or supported. It looks really good, but it doesn't look like there has been any activity since 2020/2021. The forum only has three posts and no activity in three years. I'm interested in using this with the UM982 and it seems like this would work, but I don't want to spend time if this is no longer active. If this isn't active, is there an open source project that could be re-activated?
We used the ESPrtk trial. (About 30 days) on 2.x.x. However, ESPrtk 2.x.x has been discontinued and switched to official version 3.x.x. All support and requests for 2.x.x version are for legacy customers only (prior to 2019) and do not apply to new users. This way, we will gradually migrate customers to 3.x.x version until 2.x.x is officially phased out in about a year (or as soon as all 2.x.x users switch to 3.x.x.) So if you are intending to test the performance of ESPrtk , please use ESPrtk 3.x.x, it works much more stable and powerful. However there is no trial version for 3.x.x. We allow free Firmware download and sell an activation key so that users can use ESPrtk in full functional mode. (As well as free and unlimited time-limit upgrades). esprtk.com/shop-esprtk-firmware-3xx/

I'm not using ardupilot. Just my own program. Last test day was a total fail so I went back to the drawing board. Hopefully all ones well tomorrow and I dominate the oval 😆
Yes, you can use LoRa SX1278 433->915Mhz and communicate with ESPrtk via SPI connection. It also support sending RTCM/NMEA via WIFI on it self module (No need internet). Or using NTRIP/MQTT ( need internet , it support WIFI, Ethernet W5500 or 3G Cellular module like Quectel BG96, BG95, Ublox SARA U201, SIM7600, SIM800, SIM900,.... )
Hello. cool project you have. can you help to implement something similar but on LILYGO TTGO Meshtastic T-Beam V1.1 ESP32 868. this board has a built-in radio connection right away. I have a couple of such boards and I would like to try to implement + install a separate module / but unfortunately I programmer. (possibly for a fee)

I am in US, would you consider sharing the 3d file for the rover unit? I like to try to build one i have the Sparkfun F9p board and Mavlink 915 radios.
I imagine he's using a 915Mhz radio with some high gain antennas (maybe 5-8dBi). Also, the location of the ground station looks like its on the roof of a building so that'll help a lot. Some countries and areas have very little interference on various bands so that may also be the case here. Unfortunately, in the UK we can't use 915Mhz. We have 868Mhz and 433Mhz bands but 868Mhz is used a lot in IoT and Lora whilst 433Mhz is used by pretty much every remote switch & garage door opener so they are pretty noisy air bands. 433Mhz can still be pretty good though as long as you are out in the countryside and have enough room for the longer antenna on your project.
