Shouldn't use metal spoon with honey as it kills the enzymes Also hot water will kill the enzymes too u need warm water.... Cold water is bad too must be warm water!!!
Do you do a raw honey with nothing but raw honey? I'm not a fan of supplementing man made vitimins and the ginger honey I only use if I have a sore throat.

Do I need to put the seeds in a container? I Was planning on putting them at the bottom of the garden...with compost I suppose...and water them regular
You can absolutely put them in the garden in a bed or just sprinkle them on a wild patch or field. They are very hardy and will grow in most places with a little water 🙂
