how do you know how much elastic to put in, I have tried to make a leotard but the legs neck and armholes are either too tight or too loose. maybe you could do a video on this.
I never cut it with a specific size, I start sewing from the roll not pulling so much and when I reach the other side of the neck or leg hole I cut the elastic from the roll and close the stitch
No. Lo puedes hacer con la máquina de coser básica (la puntada de zig zag) porque al coser en este tipo de tela se necesita un punto elástico. Claro, no quedará tan profesional pero funciona.

Hola! Me gustaría hacer un vídeo sobre eso, realmente no llevamos una dieta específica. Basta tener un déficit calórico qué significa (quemar más calorías de las que consumimos) Y para eso bastan los entrenamientos diarios que hacemos. No importa cuando comamos de seguro vamos a quemar mucho más bailando. Y ya está, ese es el secreto
