Doctor Who films it tells you a story about the Daleks tried to destroyed the planet with the bomb is out of course but the bomb exploded to defeat Daleks it is so funny 🤣 😆 😂
Very precise editing and very well directed. Disney animaters were way ahead of their time. Imaginative and innovative, and they always had good tempo and flow with all of their film projects.
re: the bit at the end, the most bizarre place I've been for a gig was a clothes shop in Cabot's Circus. A fine electronic outfit called Chew Lips playing in the downstairs of Cargo in front of about 20 people. They were great (there's an LP on Kitsuné) but then they signed to a major and it all went a bit tits up. Edit - first singles were in Kitsuné but according to Wikipedia the album was on "Family". I've never heard of it either. Maybe that was the US release.
Yes, this is the scene I remember, looking out of the top floor windows of Fairfax House 1962/63 when I worked there. Lunchtimes across the road to the Cat & Wheel, darts and a pint. Happy days now long gone.
I'm originally from London. My mum drove ambulances during the London Blitz. I moved to Bristol in 2000. Next time I walk through Castle Park. I say a few words of thanks to all those now dead, who endured the horror of the Second World War.
The branch of "Broadmead" at 2.17 on Union Str brought back fond memories of when I worked for the firm, starting at the Gloucester Rd branch, and moving on eventually managing branches around the city and Gloucester and Bath. However, at Union Str I was still just a salesman, The manager at the time was George Baumgart, and upstairs were some wonderful unused wood panelled rooms in pristine condition, they were beautiful, a sight to behold. All gone now, of course. This would have been around 1967 when I was there.
My second most favourite peter cushing doctor who theme tune, even though it is not a bbc doctor who theme tune, I still like it, I like it, nice one 👍
In my opinion, this movie was so bad, it was good. I mean the doctor called himself doctor who. He never does that. Its just so random, and weird. peter cushing was good though. It was very entertaining though
No, it was just good, and saying that the Doctor calling himself "Doctor Who" is "so random, and weird" isn't enough of a justification to consider to consider that a flaw. Not only does that have no impact on the quality of the film, when it was released, the Doctor's origins and identity were kept vague, and several characters, as well as the end credits, referred to him as "Dr. Who," including himself. William Hartnell has called himself that once or twice, and Patrick Troughton once signed a note as "Dr. W.," so the "He never does that" argument falls flat on its face. Besides, the movie is set in a different continuity than that of the show, in which the Doctor is a human inventor named "Dr. Who."
Peter Capaldi's favorite organ must be the kidneys. When Matt Smith regenerated into him that's the first thing he shouted. KIDNEYS! I don't like the color. 😂😂😂
That is an odd announcement. It’s using a rare edit of the balloon ident with alternate music, and a logo that slightly differs in placement from the more often-seen version. It was also rare at this time to start announcements with “And now...”, with CAs at the time preferring “This is”, “You’re watching” or just “Now...”. Intriguing find.
@@sidneychannel the day of the Doctor novelisation actually revealed that the Peter Cushing films exists as in universe movies in the whoniverse. The Doctor apparently loves them and both 11 and 10 watched them in the black archive while the zygons were negotiating with UNIT.
