Take out the carpeting, paint a light and neutral colour over just some of the boiserie, maybe put in a more rustic kitchen and this house is a perfect dream.

Beautiful and well maintained property, could easily be converted into a B&B or Guest House (even has the old fashioned bell system per room I noticed in the kitchen). Even just as a house it is a great location with amazing views, could have easily 2 living room areas one of the boys and one for the girls so footy and corrie don't clash with each other. I would be surprised if this was snapped up already.

Lovely property - however without being a nerd - they could have improved the overall design of the conservatory and thus the design of the bungalow by building a hip on the left - hand side and by 'lining - up' the right - hand side with the apex of the bungalow. This may have reduced the overall width of the conservatory slightly but the additional head room as a result of the hip would have compensated for this.
Most of those rooms are huge, some way too big for their purpose. I always think about the heating situation on looking at a house ! Lovely views tho - a great spot to live ! Not a thing to do to that home except add your own little touches - spotless !
very beautiful. I too would buy this in a second, under the right set of circumstances. These videos are very well made. The only thing I would love you to do, is to have an aerial view that shows the property boundaries, as well as details: Sqf/sqm of the property itself, and the land. That is useful information to have. Very much appreciated. Also wondering whether Non EU citizens can buy this, what the total closing costs would be, and annual taxes on property.
