Professor of Business and Lover Of All Things That Move 💙💜
This channel is all about things that move, travel, food, school, life, and the Dairy Free challenges in between.
I'm Nick Daniel Lichanos Cochrane and I'm allergic to Dairy so you’ll witness the obstacles I face trying to find Dairy Free food everywhere I go. I have over two decades of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. When I’m not in the classroom you can find me on an adventure! (Don’t worry, I’ll still be grading😂-Report Cards). I wholeheartedly believe travel enriches us, connects us, helps us smile, and love our Earth. I partner with Professor Francis Holzmeister - check out his channel too! (link below) Through our vlogs, we hope to inspire others to travel, experience new things, and encourage you to love what moves you 😊

Surprised you leave your house! Dust, dirt and no one catering to your whims. You wished you could open a window 🤣. What comes in when you open a window? Dude get real
I agree, there is definitely dust and dirt outside and they cause me allergies too - but my doctors tell me to stay inside when allergies are bad. I just don’t expect inside to be worse than outside (especially when I’m paying for cleanliness in a hotel).
Wow 🤩 the Queen Anne hotel is truly a stunning Victorian building! It's great to see so many of its original details being honored and maintained. It's just a shame that they don't pay more attention to the antique furniture. The video was fantastic, and it's rare to find a place where even the ghosts seem friendly 😊
This hotel is FREAKY. Did you see the orb over the light at the table? When you were talking about the cobweb over the light there was a huge ORB over the light. Nice smells, flicking lights, and then you met someone too! I would not be able to sleep there at all!!!
Hi! Sorry, I was not more descriptive about that - When we got off the cruise ship we took a bus up to Monreale, which took about 40 minutes from the Palermo port. The bus' last stop was 5 minutes walking from a little square which had the Monreale Cathedral, which was amazing. There was this really cool cafe there where I had those dairy-free cookies (I would love one now! haha). Then we had a taxi take us to Mercato di Ballarò - which was this outdoor food market where we just fell in love with the city. We spent a couple hours there just walking around and eating, and then we walked back to the cruise port, stopping at quattro canti, which is where the street opera singer was. I have to say, (and along with my sister) that Palermo was our favorite place on the entire cruise! I need to go back and explore more. The people were so nice and the fun was divine! Thanks
Choosing a career can be a daunting proposition. Same for choosing which industry you see yourself in. It's easier if one has several influences to use as a guide. How to find something for yourself if you have limited influences, can take some time to settle on. What's best for you and what gives you the greatest satisfaction, or even significant satisfaction, is key to achieving a successful career that affords longevity.
Rip off, 40-50$ for bagels and coffee? They are just mediocre, few options in total, allergy list must be shown or handed out, and worldwide regarded which cafe place has these days not any non diary milk for coffee? Would never visit it, thank you for your review 🤗
Lovely video. I especially liked everyone voicing their appreciation for being included on the cruise and the love they have for everyone. Reminds me of my mum and aunts, who are unfortunately no longer with us.
Thanks so much, and so sorry for your loss. I too have family that also wanted to cruise but did not live to see the day. We celebrate their memories forever in our hearts. ❤🩹
Yes! After Montreal bagels 🥯 that’s the best one that comes to mind! Sorry NYC bagels…oh yes 🙌 Montreal bagels 😂 at Blackseed bagels on Elizabeth street, Manhattan. My favorite in NYC ❤
ES UN PAIS INTERESANTE PERO HAY UNA COSA TRISTE SOBRE MALTA ES QUE NO HAY PÁJAROS, UNO DE SUS PASATIEMPOS FAVORITOS ES DISPARARLES, INCLUSO A ESPECIES PROTEGIDAS, ASÍ QUE NO HAY PAJAROS PERO SÍ MOSCAS.
