Closed about 2 years ago. I went there to get my COVID-19 vaccine and boost my immunity there. From what I saw, they made a big mistake with the location. It's not easy to get there and there's nothing to see around there. I have been traveling alone for a long time (I am older than you for sure ). Not just traveling, I like being alone. Even when I had to stay overnight and had an operation in the hospital, I did not tell anyone, not even my family and registered there that I was alone. This is how I learned to do everything by myself. So I can do almost everything necessary in life by myself, such as cooking, small construction and repairs for living. And yes, health too. I am very happy to be alone and not feel lonely. I am not an introvert. I can join other people, but I like to be without any disturbance. Enjoy your time there. There are many interesting places. Maybe you can visit them. There are many types of people in the North and food. If you are interested in seeing and learning together with people, the North is a good place.
Agree! You grow SO MUCH! by solo traveling. I have done 5x Interrail train adventure in Europe. No planning, just jump on a train when im done with 1 place. My favorite Route was Prague, Krakow, Warsaw, Berlin, Amstertam, Brussel, Paris and Barcelona <3 When i wanted to connect with ppl, i booked a 4-6man hostel, so easy to find an active hostel with lots of activities. When i was tired of ppl, i booked an beautiful hotel just for myself. Woke up when i wanted, slept when i wanted. Ate what i wanted, and did what i wanted everyday =) Freedom <3
I received some shocking news today…my best friend I’ve known all my life told me he’s Imaginary and heading in a different direction. Looks like I’ll be flying solo going forward.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that, umm it was a pipe dream for a year or two, but seriously before I booked the ticket was about 6 months. I had to just book the ticket to make myself do it haha.
A new subscriber here and from the UK but now living in Thailand and Vietnam, alternating every 3 months. Im currently living in Da Nang and absolutely love it. Unfortunately like most of SE Asia its being ruined by moro*ic tourists and vloggers. I rarely see any trouble in Da Nang or Vietnam in general but 99% of it is from foreigners mouthing off, disrespecting locals and behaving like the entitled tos*ers they are. Thailand is exactly the same, overrun by the most ignorant nasty people you'd ever meet mainly from the West but also from certain Asian countries we all know who, shoving cameras in peoples faces, haggling over pennies for items, drunk and disorderly causing bother, arguing with locals, walking into shops and restaurants topless with their beer bellies touching their knees, etc etc. Absolute sc*m!! Im loving Da Nang and most of the locals i meet are amazing but i avoid every area of anywhere i go where the foreigners are. I didnt leave the collapsing West to hang around with the same kind of people i got away from, no chance. ☺️ Anyway, enjoying the videos, keep them coming! 👍 PS... There are slums in Chiang Mai aswell you know and check out Klong Toei in Bangkok, 100,000 people living in a shanty town facing mansions and million pound apartments. Ten times worse than anything in Da Nang 👍

I lived in Chiang Mai for several years (before and after COVID). It began to became really bad once Chinese tourists overwhelmed it. This caused most other foreigners to leave. That was 2019. It's collapsed now due to COVID. CM has not recovered from COVID and will take 10 years to recover. Not long ago I left Thailand for good once I realized how racist Thais are. Thailand is not a country foreigners will build a future in. You won't see foreigners with Thai friends of the same sex, ever because Thais are so racist and xenophobic they want nothing to do with you unless they can get something from you. This is the Thai culture none of these RU-vidrs ever mention, mostly because they're that dense.

100% agree. I had a similar experience. Very racist people but they are good actors. Watch how fast that Thai smile disappears when they think they can't get any money from you. Too bad no one on RU-vid tells the truth if it's not convenient for their agenda.
One thing I noticed is... your video quality is pretty good and your perspective from your point of view is pretty good too. Same with the editing of your clips, your clips are also interesting. So you have good skills to make great clips but you still lose content and story in doing this. And your shy character makes you look charming and I have never seen this from other vlogers. I love Chiang Mai too but i have to back and stay in BKK now for keep up with my health. I wonder why you don't interesting about the South of Thailand so many nice beaches and beautiful islands there and you might love it too.

@@JustAlexVidotto yeah man. I left for 3 years to Amsterdam, and then Bali for a bit. But moved back to Bangkok 3 months ago and loving it here. It doesn't have the same magic and beauty as Chiang Mai, but feels like a more stable and solid place for me to build a life.
