My chimney is not sealed very well around my exhaust - I want to build it out with some sort of mortar or cement that can withstand the heat - what material would be best?

Can the flue for the hot water tank go to the chimney as well, using a different hole and on t-connector.

Because it does get hot for a caulk, what do i use to seal those gaps?

You should never have the street and house side connections both going up. That's typical indoor electrician quality. If you want it fixed and done correctly get a lineman out there.

What do you do to repair it?
