Absolutely! I definitely chopped this up a little more than I meant to trying to edit it down to less than one minute though. She just wanted any job but her husband had his friend, who was her former boss, give her bad references so that she would have to be a stay at home wife. i get that but i think its important to point out that she severely mistreated the members of her own dance group. it sucks what happened to her but she's continuing the cycle of abuse and she's not above criticism for that. also she literally stole those songs.
I just looked into the abuse allegations and it seems that, from what I read at least, her mom was accused of verbally abusing one dancer who’s mom then begged them to let her daughter back in the group. Abuse is never okay but the story that I found does not say that JoJo herself was abusing anyone. Honestly, I’m not surprised her mom may still be abusing children though. As for the stolen song, I found multiple articles, including quotes from the original singer, saying that it was not stolen. The song was pitched to JoJo after neither Brit nor Miley had released it. - Corn
