that rain event doesnt make any sense shouldn’t it do the opposite instead of increase it, think about it it’s summer and its hot all of the sudden it starts to rain and now you feel cool and wet
that prophecy was so short I wonder why? I mean that sounds like a great job just sitting on a log and chatting with someone sure sounds relaxing, aw man I was hoping the dialogue would at least change when randolph was talking to the domains
Ya the short prophecy is especially strange because of how long the previous one was. Seems it could have been evened out a bit more between the two but maybe there was some concern around the season change timing? It's unfortunate that the domains and other villager dialogues remain the same, there could have been some funny interactions there.
Hey it's great to hear from you again! Yeah I'm impressed by how different each elder feels, especially the Captain and Santa. And in terms of base game mechanics there were a ton of different buildings and events to unlock in the Memories meta progression so there's some decent variety.
That test your fate thing was insane 😨 lol everyone gets house. One thing I learned from watching all your dotage videos is when in doubt just make a baby Help what even is pip milk???
I honestly really like the random mini events, it seems fun that they can either be positive or negative. They add so much more kick to your gameplay and hey at least you can some protection from the events that seems like a real boost Why is everyone getting injured is that the theme of this village???
The random mini events do a good job of keeping us on our toes. The random level of domain event consequences on top makes it very difficult to predict what we'll be dealing with which I do like now that I'm used to the scaling in difficulty. Locking this level of randomness at the end of the memory tree was a brilliant decision by the developer. Like you said yesterday, if feels like we have to use or at least be aware of everything we've learned up to this point.
I was not expecting Randolph to actually speak gibberish but it seems great for a change. I really love how everything is random like the buildings and stuff, that 43 hemp was insane 😨
@@Hynch Lol he sure is, to me whenever I get to a finale of game and there’s a huge boss or something I just feel like the game is telling me “now use everything that you learned throughout this whole game and finish the game”
I honestly forgotten about the triplicate space until I watched this video, love how this whole video went from ooo new dark secret location to CATCH THAT CAPPUCCEETLE then to fighting a sea dragon. I enjoyed watching this series to seeing you struggle over the smallest things but to also hearing your commentary and laughs throughout this whole series (which also made me laugh) I’m not sure what you’re planning next but I’m sure it’s gonna be great. Also congrats on 200 subs you’re really moving up on being a youtuber :)
The Triplicate Space was a huge surprise to me, I never would have guessed something like that was hidden in this game. I'm very glad we stumbled into it! Haha, I do tend to underthink/overthink things sometimes lol, I'm glad it's somewhat entertaining XD Thank you for the kind words and encouragement!
Yo the 10 bugsnax under 90 secs was really impressive.Even tho ive played bugsnax for like a year now, i cant even complete the quest with catching snakpods under a certain time (i just cant remember how much time was for it) Also congrats at 200 subs!
The sodie staring at you was cute ngl, I’ve never really noticed this until now but the soundtrack for this game is so amazing I really love the frosted peak day theme. I honestly really love how all the soundtracks fit the current environment like for frosted peak I can already get that snowy, cloudy, mountain climb vibes
It's pretty good, I like how it expands on the character dynamics between the crew we have on the island. Being smaller than the bugsnax is also a neat change of environment :)
Calling the cocomite straws cigarettes is absoluetly insane 😨 you dont know how many times I screamed at the screen saying the cheezer was right there 🥲 and saying to use the trip shot to stun it but hey if it works it work. No way I took almost the whole day to finish a 2 hour video (I get easily distracted) but this was video was very NICE!
yay you completed the game :D it was great watching you play bugsnax and seeing your reaction (there’s a dlc I hope you play) lol the amount of litter from the party
@@Hynch alright, you should also complete the side quest too there’s 2 more types of boss bugsnax and you can get more stuff for your hut edit: Your welcome lol you always put on a such amazing videos no matter what game you’re playing and I always look foward to watching them
you got your first bugsnax hat :D the mothza supreme boss was so chaotic I cant get over the little bombino screams when you throw them 😂 Btw floofty uses they/them pronouns
Their voices rapidly diminishing is pretty funny. Chaotic is the perfect word to describe that encounter. I think they all use they/them pronouns? Maybe I'm wrong about that and it's just Floofty...
I played this game when i first got my laptop from my husband for christmas when it was on Gamepass. It is one of the most fun games ive played in a long time
54:37 I actually said nooo to the screen. I myself never knew you could also set the tree on fire with the trip shot I was hoping the banopper went into the burning tree I have no idea why
That Boiling Bay cave gets pretty crazy! Does Snorpy have something against Gramble and Wambus? The placements of those flares is pretty suspect... even Chandlo recognized the whole thing was a fire hazard.
@@Hynch I know, poor chandlo if only we could tell him I don’t like seeing one the chillest dudes get mad ‼️Spoiler alert‼️: Floofty asks you to set gramble’s barn on fire 😕
No way you force fed Snorpy 😨 also funny thing, I was in downtown today eating lunch with my family and I noticed one of the restaurants had a sign that said shishkabob and I immediately thought of the shishkabug, thanks for lighting up my bugsnax era again
Haha I live for you throwing sauce at cromdo and bullying him with the bunger. I’m not sure if I should tell you why the spuddy had the hat on and what you could do with it
Watching this while speedrunning the same game! I love it, I have 100% on one of my saves, it's favorite game ever since I started playing! So glad I found someone else playing it, great commentary btw, keep it up!
WHAT!? no way you’re playing one of my favorite games of all time (I had a whole phase of this game back in 2022 which still remains but not as much as 2022) I love Bugsnax so much. The story is great, the artwork is great, and the characters are great. Also funny thing I was also planning on uploading my very own bugsnax series but I’m waiting for my friend to finish drawing the thumbnail for me. Anyway here’s one little tip: you need to throw chocolate on the pineantula so that way it attracts the crapple’s attention, then the crapple picks it up and wait till it carries it back to it lair. The crapple will then throw the pineantula and the pineantula will be stunned which now you can scoop it up in your net.
Haha, I had a feeling it was your kind of game 😉 I'm definitely liking the vibes so far. That's awesome that you're doing a playthrough as well! I'll check it out when it's uploaded :)
just wait till you get more into the story and see what vibes you will feel once your more in dept 😉 as I’m waiting for my friend to finish I just uploaded my first Oregon Trail video series
@@Hynch haha yeah but dw it’s still like the 1990’s ones except it has Native American depiction in it but if you’re wondering yes it still has the one and only dysentery 😄
Ah, that was a loud motorcyclist that lives near me going by. I muted but apparently a bit too late. Or maybe it was the rumblings of demon-santa's sleigh?
Woah, its really how cool how the doom event is making a certain number of presents for Santa. Wow I’m very amazed at how creative Santa’s gamemode is, also I was not expecting his in-game voice to be that deep, he kinda sounds like the domains 😵
Sludge Corp is definitely the most interesting and I would like more third era mechanics like it. It's so extreme in how it encourages drafting a bunch of food and then disables all food while giving a ton of resources for doing so. I really enjoy having a strategy in mind when starting a run and this is the best era for that. But there are other good ones that that I like building around: Merchant Age (balancing technology and wealth), Damned Plague (toxic), and Space Race (energy) stick out to me as having a good balance of specific requirements but many ways to fill those requirements.
I should add that the Age of Horror is also a cool era. I just think it's a bit too easy to get all of the offering requirement on a single biotica, but other than that I like it a lot.
my first vip pip was the stranger, i later got an event that turned 1 of my pips into a god vip, my stranger was the only target as everyone else was doing an educated job
i see you discovered that the game decideds to turn of your water producers when you upgrade them, cus why would you want to have something free automatically stay on
Ya that's a really weird behaviour. I'm thinking it must be a bug because to me the obvious behaviour should be that it just keeps whatever state it had before the upgrade.
Randomly stumbled across your video, love seeing vids on this game! Keep up the great work and if ya ever want any strategy discussions for yourself, the Reus2 Discore gotchu covered, you definitely got yourself a new subscriber! ♡
i can't believe you didn't put your large kitchen next to the water to make 10 instead of 9 steak from a singular meat, now you are obviously going to starve (this was posted as soon as you placed the large kitchen)
you probably find this out later but just in case, the water temple (and as far as i know anything else that buffs surroundings) only applies its buff when in use, so for the water temple for example it would be more efficient to place them in a box rather than a plus since they would utilize their buff more effectively do note that this does not affect stuff that gets buffed by having stuff near it, only when it buffs stuff around it (barley for example gets buffed by having crops around it and that buff counts regardless of what state the crops around it are in (even if they are used up))
I did eventually figure out the distinction with this buff but I appreciate you pointing it out! Building them in a box formation definitely makes more sense, every bit counts :) Crop buffs can also get pretty wild with Yugong because of how he applies a bonus to entire chains of contiguous crops. In the first Yugong run we were able to harvest 11 or maybe even 13 soybean from a single crop plot because of all the bonuses.
Wow that's very flattering thank you! I don't have any other channels but I have been making videos on this channel for about a year now, so I've been improving in some areas along the way 😉
