This channel celebrates the lifestyle of Southern California. Especially for properties ideally located to minimize commute times, use alternate forms of transportation, and walking distance to shops and eateries, highlighting the surrounding area can be even more crucial than marketing the inside of the property. I hope you're able to learn more about the unique offerings of Southern California.
My own interests include the Disneyland Resort area, Downtown Anaheim and the Packing District, Irvine's Park Place, Newport Beach, Fashion Island, Downtown Fullerton, Old Towne Orange, and much more. Some of the communities highlighted consist of condo: Avenue One, Chapman Commons, The Domain, Harbor Lofts, Marquee at Park Place, The Plaza, Stadium Lofts, and Watermarke.
@@kdvwusm you will feel and hear a rumble when the containers are double stacked. The father units will get less sound and the trains won’t blow whistles unless something is on the tracks ahead
I have another video on that. I was really hoping for a more unique project there, but it just ended up being apartment city. The original plans had the highest structures to be built in Orange County.
The updated renderings on the OCVibe website show a 22 story building was added. This would be the tallest building on this project. Great update video.
Wow thanks for bringing that to my attention! I see there was a 2-3 story building there on one of the maps and it has the residential symbol on it. Maybe it’s now going to be a 22 story apartment building? I see it listed as 9800 of retail space and 420,000 in apartment square feet
@@MidRiseLiving It could be apartments or the "office tower" that was listed. Either way it is a huge upgrade over the old office buildings at the current location.
@@djdiemdduejdj from what i’m seeing, the Arena Corporate Center will remain in place and the wellness park and cube constructed around it. The apartments are supposed to be on the perimeter of wellness park
I've seen some of the dates pushed back on the website for Phase 1. There was someone I was chatting with that said the fiber and some other things are being worked on, but the parking lot which sits near Market Hall is still being used and no visual changes. That would be the first area they'd need to clear as that's where the first new parking structure would go (see part 2 in the description)
I ALWAYS hang up when a person tells me they can't tell me how much they charge. This guy literally told her he wants to see the house first, so he can know how much he can scrape off the sale.
I honestly hope that when this project starts that we can still keep Pinkberry and Auntie Anne’s at the train station, unless they plan to make a location inside that market. The Pinkberry there is the only one near me.
I see that Meadow Park, Parking Deck A, and the Meadow Hotel (all the projects around the Arctic) will be part of phases 2 and later. That put us beyond 2027 or even later. I see they already pushed back the timeline for Phase 1 likely due to interest rates as that will affect all construction.
Yeah I remember the plan of making Gene Autry Drive, or maybe Katella Avenue, into the "Champs-Elysees" of the West. Uh, not quite... but I'm hoping they'll at least finish off the Stadium area at some point. At least the Samuelis are funding this project so there's a more personal stake in it.
It's supposed to break ground this year. I don't have any additional info at the moment and city of anaheim hasn't updated the platinum triangle statuses since February

I see that the official website pushed back the opening date of Phase 1 which consists of "Market Hall" and the Concert venue. I had 2025 as the projected completion and now its showing 2026. I'm really hoping this doesn't turn into another Platinum Triangle A-Town project where the field just sat empty for 10 years and then the project scaled back to just apartments.
@@MidRiseLiving I agree. There are a few people on Reddit that say they are working on the project. They both say that there is some electrical/fiberoptic work being done by Platt college and the rear Honda Center parking lot.
Oh my gosh -- you skipped the most amazing part of downtown Anaheim's history. At a time when Disneyland a few miles away was celebrating the traditional American Main Street, the city fathers of Anaheim got together and decided theirs was too old-fashioned. So they knocked it all down. Obliterated it. Left a couple of buildings, that was it. So much for Anaheim history. And the destruction was pointless, because they decided to build their empty and sterile new downtown at an adjacent location, not the same site. That's the downtown featured in this video. Twenty years ago, when I lived in the area, downtown Anaheim was a desolate wasteland, and it was sort of like the city had a hole in the middle. Since then, I know many of the vacant lots in the "new downtown" have been filled with largish buildings, and I am glad to see in this video that there are more signs of life than there used to be.
Yes, the place was its own destination. But with the hotel being condensed and losing land to Downtown Disney, I can imagine why they couldn't keep the marina.
Another ghetto park where they sell drugs is the last thing Anaheim needs. I’m excited for this project, as long as Lennar isn’t involved, cause then it will never get built.
I'm pretty sure Anaheim and the property managers will staff security similar to the Packing House area. Yes, I know there are sketchy parts but they make sure Farmers Park and the entrances of the Packing House are well kept and no homeless there. As far as Lennar is concerned, I agree they took forever to build A-Town Metro. Personally, I'm just worried Anaheim will just find a way to allow 20 more apartment buildings to be built similar to around Angel Stadium.
Whats the best way to get the same color of the stucco to repaint it the same color ? those little color sample things dont seem to match my color of the trim ...
Are they claiming they were "lost" or never received? Also, are you working directly with one of the home retention offices? There are too many auto-generated packages that are mailed to the homeowner which are either simply to satisfy CC 2923.5 or an internal requirement. After some drastic improvement in 2010, they've definitely have taken 2 steps backward in processing mods and short sales. Maybe there's a new policy to foreclose on more homes?
Thanks for the watching! The majority of views took place on the Facebook-hosted video. While there's no view counter on Facebook, I'm sure it's well into the 1,000's. (100 of them are from me..LOL)
