TIP: I make chocolate mousse with heavy whipping cream, organic cacao powder, and sugar, or raw honey, or sometimes melted, cooled chocolate, and vanilla. I whip it in my food processor, in 1 1/2 minutes, and it becomes as thick, and stiff as I want! It becomes a thick, stiff peak, mousse. Theirs didn't as much, because they needed to use a food processor, or even a blender, or hand, or stand mixer, to whip it up properly, and in less than 2 minutes! ❤
Vipe: When you know some languages but French is not among them. As it often is, I know what is meant ny Mousse but don't know how to translate it. However: Don't expect too much if you studied French for just one year a few years ago. 😂
