Don't take deliveries until 10!!! WTF!!! Id have said mate, do you want this shit or not because I've got other drops, and I sure as hell ain't coming back! I'm class 1 and deliver all over the country, usually start around 4/5am. I have no patience when companies saying,we can't unload you until whatever time... I just tell them, they have 15 mins, if im not unloaded by then, i take your delivery away!! Simple! 👍 My boss backs me up 100%
9hrs ffs birmingham to Manchester 3 drops,when i saw what time you set off quick calculation i thought he,s gunna be foning in for more work around 9am after a break😮
Yeah you’d think so mate but 2-2.5 hours each way, 45 min of breaks, hour or 2 of driving between drops round the Manchester area plus waiting/loading and unloading. Always takes longer than you would expect!
Working out of Brum i see. Euro Packaging LMAO, I worked for them, once, in 2021, never again! Not saying it's a bad company. I didn't have the best experience and it was partly/mostly my fault. If I stuck around companies like that I'd probably never have gotten my Moffett ticket or Class 1 privileges, so glad I moved on. Good video. Showed a different side!! I still wouldn't go back unless I was delivering for some other company.
Haha yeah mate not the best company to work for to be honest. I did about 3 months which was plenty. I liked the job itself but it was brought down by the lack of organisation. Not getting shifts till the afternoon before when its 4am starts is no way to live long term for me personally
@@Joesharpp It's not the worst company I've worked for but it's certainly in the bottom tier. There are far better companies out there to drive for. Every job offers the experience that helps us decide what we will and will not tolerate from an employer. The vehicle I got at EP was so disgusting inside it made my skin crawl the whole time I was in it. I didn't see how filthy it was til the sun came up and I was almost in Bristol by then. I need to go and have a bath in caustic soda just thinking about it.
