Quite honestly, I don't know, but, I'd say she's quite versatile in most cases and more useful than Sampo(even though I didn't build nor used him at all since this is my first time doing a mass summon), considering I don't have Kafka IMO. While I do understand the "You should only pull for Black Swan if you have Kafka for the Synergy Meta" I don't think she really falls off if you don't have Kafka, and I think, if you build her well you don't really have any issues with her at all.
Big Oof, indeed, I actually didn't think that I'd be pulling this much just to get Black Swan on my account. It hurts to see that much Stellar Jades vanish even though I play F2P. Maybe because I've saved all of those ever since the release of the game. 😂
