I don't recommend ear plugs while you sleep in a tent. Being aware and a little sleepless won't kill you. A giant animal with razors for fingers and daggers for teeth will. Some of this is good advice if you're new, but this is all common sense in the western U.S. if you are over 40 years old. Teach them kids people.

It seems the general term for either a weasel or a stoat, is a stoat. Though the in the US at least, stoats are bigger and have a smooth edge dividing the white from the brown fur. The weasel is smaller and have a jagged edge dividing the white and brown fur.
