It has cured my disease. It has enlightened me. You saved my life. The pizza I dropped has turned back time to undropped. Thank you so much. I will forever be eternally grateful.
1. Wtf is your aim 2. Video quality LMAO 3. The "Terrain" you speak of makes 0 difference whatsoever. It's one block. It's in UHC too. Do you even play duels? If that ONE BLOCK LOWGROUND is seriously that much of a difference to the point where you can't hit TWO RODS to get them out of it, then just camp in the flatground. It's as simple as that 4. Flint and steel is very manageable - you can predict the fire half of the time. Even when you're on fire, it's not completely game breaking. You claim it does "A lot of damage!" A full firetick, without bow or melee damage, will take out the equivalent of 1-2 NON-CRITICAL sword hits over the course of 10-15 seconds. You can literally regen that by running if you're that insecure about fighting with that little damage being taken. When you're fireticked, you don't take KB, making it easier to combo your opponent. Given your opponent has the same health as you, it's actually harder to beat a fireticked player. Three uses is NOT A LOT and the strategy of using one at a time is significantly harder. Let's say you can't predict the fire, and they're placing it "right on your block!" --as you said. FIRETICK DOES NOT SLOW YOU DOWN THAT MUCH. They are close enough for you to chase them before they run away, and you can deal more damage in those two seconds than the fire would do to you in 15 seconds, unless they do it significantly early and you run straight into it, instead of dodging it. Even then, you can bow the opponent a few times to offset the fire damage in less time. 5:21, you SO EASILY could have kept running at him, and by the time he turned around you're hitting him. Instead you turned around. Even then, you still could have won that duel if those last two rods you threw hit the target. If you're fireticked, and your opponent slips away, just strafe and they literally will not make a single shot, and you only lose two hearts. Guess what buddy: YOURE STILL IN THE GAME. 9:21 Notice how the player caught up to you, and hit you with the sword. If he pulled out his bow, and hit you after that sword ONCE. He has already dealt more damage than you did with the fire. 5. It seriously sounds like you don't even play duels, every single mode you're going to find players who play awful. UHC: People still run. Classic: People still run. Anyone who mains any other mode can think of an equivalent. GUESS WHAT BUDDY: YOU HAVE A BOW. Players like that are clearly underskilled and if you don't have that type of patience, duels is NOT the mode for you. In conclusion: Your points in this case are flawed, they sound like they were constructed without any significant experience of classic duels whatsoever, you act like you know it all about classic duels. In reality, you just don't understand the game, and how to properly play it. You neglect to play the game with any strategy whatsoever and it's pathetic to blame Hypixel and their addition of flint and steel because you personally do not know how to work around it. Instead of rambling for 15 minutes about flint and steel while recording in 480p on RU-vid, please learn how to play the game. Source: Classic godlike. Looking back at this, I have to agree with your points. I don't have much wins in classic, and wasn't experienced either. However, I can't do much about the video quality (didn't realize I had a hardware encoder) However, thanks for the criticism, and I'll use it to improve.
@@shatterdest Thanks for taking the criticism so well :) you should try more classic duels, with just a bit of getting used to, leaderboard is very fun to go for
