Agreed, but I understand why some women like coffee dates as you can leave at any time especially when you met someone online they are totally stranger to you so leaving at any time can be pretty good.

You have to know your friend and also it has to be a friend who is confident in themselves If you know that the relationship is flawed and the friend is still in it knowing all the bad stuff Then no point because they will want proof, or say you are jealous etc So if you're friend accepts all sorts of crap in the relationship, then you're wasting your own time because they won't believe you or they'll come up with an excuse and why they stayed

If he agrees to meet u than he already is physically attracted, a coffee date will then tell him if he's attracted to your personality, chemistry and your mindset. This I feel should go both ways. Regardless of settings - some men will go all out to impress which is possibly quicker route to the cookie. Some men just want to meet u at coffee to see if there's a vibe 1st and not trying to fast track to cookie. Ladies who are cool with 1st coffee dates shows there mindset going forward, not high maintenance and down to earth. I’m my opinion Wil realised how popular Uma was and knew it was more beneficial to attach himself to her. She left early but is the most followed islander. It’s also cheaper for him to split rent with her in London. She already lives in London. I do think he likes her, but she definitely likes him more. I hope things work out for them, she seems very in love with him
