Thank you for the video it was very helpful. One question though. I always do the maintenance myself and when a greased the inside were the metal tubing is close to this encoder sensor I added grease and my finger touch the plastic round ting that’s touching this sensor it got greased and it made my sensor turn on. Can I take it apart clean the round plastic in hopes the sensor error disappear or do you thing it need replacing?
I would attempt to clean it but I suspect that you may have gotten grease on the sensor and will have to replace it. Good luck and be sure and use lint free cloths for cleaning.
Very good video.I have a question I have Graphtec CE5000-40 and was working perfectly for 2 months after I bought it then my wife get sick and never recover now after 8 years my grandson ask me if he can have I took it from the box I kept and when I push the button on only I ear the fan working but the control panel doesn't show nothing I tried another power cable and still nothing. Please any help?
Clean the encoder strip first. You may not need to replace & can save that time & expense. We do not have a parts list for Babylock & would not know that part #. We are a Brother sales & service center.
Good afternoon. The software can be downloaded from the Graphtec Website - www.graphtecamerica.com - select cutting plotters and then scroll down the bottom and select support and that will take you to the download page.

Brother PR600 This doesn't address the issue of the floater (unanchored) number changing to a color already assigned to a needle. Could you tell me how to solve this issue?
