No matter how long you have been endured the pain, you are able to attain quick pain alleviation within 8 minutes a day only by letting your body treat itself, all-natural.
NOTHING I have tried helps. I have to be wiped out by dilaudid for any relief. I've done the exercises and everything. Only haven't tried the injections so after 15 years of pain, I'm going for them.
the only thing that finally controlled mine was radiofrequency ablation. Unfortunately, doesnt last forever. Already had it done 3 times. But, they have been fairly long lasting
@zulu2829 TMJ stands for Temporomandibular Joint Disorder. So it is temporary. I do mouth/jaw exercises . Opening my mouth as far as I can, and holding it there for a few seconds, holding your jaw to the each side for a couple of seconds, and try chewing gum. It keeps everything active. But, I'm pretty sure my mouth guard helped the most. If you don't have one, maybe get one. Sleep with it every night. Once you're comfortable with it, you won't even notice it's there. Hope this helped (: xx
