frontal roundhouse using the shin as impact point. Pang close quarter yata kasi naka tiklop pa iyung foreleg ng umangat ang buong hita para sumipa kaya parang iyung tuhod ang tatama pero biglang sasaltik iyung foreleg para itama iyung shin sa katawan.
You may never see this, but while stated as “Wushu”, many filipino fighters from ONE FC namely Team Lakay developed in Yaw Yan environments. The sport of “Sanda” has merged many martial arts in the blanket term, hence why you’ll notice that the fighters dont necessarily look like the “Hollywood” image of Wushu.
Oh em gee to some of the familiar faces I seen in here.. when there was no facial hair or minimal, to the long hair I seen on some of these guys now... wow def can see the OGs that are still attending now in 2021🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥🔥
Yaw yan and Muaythai are both good but muaythai is already developed thousand years ago from burmese or burma, Yaw yan is only started around 1971-72 and Master Nap Fernandez Visited China before he saw Sanda Kickboxing of Chinese, in my analysis he imitated it from Sanda and later on they adopted some moves from muaythai and taekwondo. By the time passes by they absorb some techniques from other martial arts, Yaw Yan is Philippine Foot Fighting, and later on they add or mix others system that is why they have Hybrid Yawyan. so on and so forth. My friend is 4th Degree Black belt and he knows Master Nap before Master Nap started his YawYaw Style, You know my Point.
