I enjoyed the old motorized kits from Japan. They may not have been as popular here in the U.S., but the bodies were usually quite good and offered variations that were not often found, even in 1/ 43 kits.
Thanks for your comments from the US! This kit is hard to find in Japan, and sometimes the only way to get it is through internet flea markets. 1978 or so, American and European sports cars were the talk of the town in Japan, and were the dream of every child. So, they were fulfilling their dreams with plastic models. Cars from this era are very special and have a long-lasting memory for my generation of Japanese, and they have many fans.
