In a Christian cemetery your head is to the west and your feet to the east. This way you will sit up to face Jesus approaching from the east on resurrection day.
I don’t fully understand death now. After you die, they just bury your body in the coffin underground six feet under. Like, you die and leave the earth to go to heaven. So, does your soul and ghost leave your body immediately after you face death?
Sorry for your loss. I don’t mean to sound callous, but… was there no ceremony or service of any kind? I have buried several relatives and all had a church service, followed by a procession and grave-side ceremony.
5 people died in my left they were the best people ever. My North carolina nana died from covid and a nani from I dont know and a nana who died from sickness and one uncle who was shot by a gun and one nana who died from liver problem. They were the best people ever 😢😢😢 I am muslim and those 5 people were the greatest muslims too I am just 10yrs
I dont understand how your father can be intered by workers with hard hats with no other family around. I just lost my dad to pancreatic cancer, he was 64. I organised his whole funeral, he had a horse drawn hearse as he was a very well respected horseman and I beared him to the chapel, then to the grave where i physically lowered him down to his final resting place with family all around, we then dropped white roses onto his coffin as we said our final goodbye.
I'm surprised they let you watch and especially record this. In Alabama we can't watch any of this. My grandma was cremated, but wanted her urn in a vault next to my grandpa. After the graveside service I was just sitting in my car getting myself together so I could drive safely. They came over and told me I had to leave before they could put her urn in the 3 ft vault....I couldn't even see what they were doing from where I was sitting! I was like ok I'll just park up the cemetery road and finish preparing myself to drive smh
