This is a horrible use of AI. So much of the B roll is AI generated photos that have nothing to do with the property. Check out the views of California out a kitchen window, or notice the travel trailer interior. Geesh guys, spend more time editing.
Most of these are old fashioned conspicuous consumption displays. There are lots of architecturally interesting homes sprinkled throughout Toronto with a more contemporary vibe. There are tons of houses in these price ranges. There are several in the $12 to $15m range that I could walk to, and that neighborhood was not even mentioned. The $45m home on Dolton Ave is impressive, but that is far from the most expensive neighborhood in the GTA.
Fake video as well . As soon as I saw a mountain view from High Point and a downtown high-rise view so close made me lose trust in this video. I bet it was one of those stupid AI generated videos
There is no need to expose these houses that is just pure greed to have them and then everyone is saying oh it must be nice to be that rich only the rich think that way most people are happy to have a job !
As someone that works in very high end homes in the Toronto area, THIS is in no way a comprehensive list. I can think of several homes that are not only more expensive, but also better designed, decorated....one thing is true, though, Ferris builds some gigantic, very grand homes, like Drake's for example.
I can't argue with that. I personally know of two homes that are at the 18 million mark. Now granted this video is a few years old, but even Drakes' home "The Embassy" is worth more than the #1 on this list. Some people just don't do their research. And that video clip of "St. Andrew's Park" - DA Fughhh. I nearly died.

Adding cities outside of Toronto do not make them in Toronto. Pronouncing “Toronto” as he does indicates he’s not from here. Finally, you can pick every house in the Bridle Path and most would be worth more than those picked here. As others have pointed out, Drake’s 44,500 sq ft house would be at or near the top. Allegedly cost $100 million to build (probably assessed at around half of that). And just because they are expensively assessed, or cost a lot to build, doesn’t make them “nice”. Decadent. Sure.

i I'm going to spend that much money on a house I want acreage and privacy, this is indecent how such beautiful houses are right next to a busy street but also have neighbors all around you just a stone throw away
