Bhai daily basis pe gym kerta hoon aur main aapko bta doon ki... Light weight aur heavy weight dono apni jagah lekin weight medium rhega toh best hoga kyunki form bhi sahi hoga exercise aur jis part ko train kerte hai ushi per load bhi shift hota h aur limited stretch bhi hoti h muscle bhi..
