My 2024 make fan flow noise even when it is in parking mode when the weather is hot, once I turn off cabin overheat protection on climate control the noise goes away, but it is on your own risk.
I just want to say thanks to this video, I figured out my dash cam and my sentry mode been trying to get it to work, finally with this information is working.
75,000 mile on my model 3. I commute 70 miles each day. I charge at 44 amps to 80% in the winter and 70% in the summer. Sentry mode at work, overheat protection always on. A few times each year I do a road trip to Montana, Sun Valley ID or LA. I've lost 7% of my battery since purchasing it 3 years ago. Most of the drop happened the first year and now it has settled in about about 325 miles of range.
Great video. I locked my car with my iPhone and card key inside. (The card key slipped out of my pocket onto the drivers seat.) My other card key was in my desk at work. Ugh. I had downloaded an app "Watch for Tesla" for my apple watch. I went back inside my house to retrieve my apple watch and fortunately I was able to unlock my car with the Watch for Tesla app on my apple watch.
Picked my 2020 Model Y up from the Tesla service center today and they are useless! I will never buy another Tesla! My car was serviced for this Dash CAM / USB issue three times and the problem has come back hours after picking my car up today. No one to call when you have issues like this. All I can do is schedule service 6 weeks from now and they will still not fix it! I am tiered of Tesla! I love the car but its not worth keeping with the poor service that hey offer.
What a mass of bullshit. Don‘t believe a thing. My Batterie is 9 years old way over 50% supercharged over 360.000 km and 14% degredation. And Batteries became better since 2015.
My Tesla recognizes my phone as a key, but once I’m in the car it doesn’t connect to the car as a device for music or as a phone. I checked all settings already
Between over 90k miles total w my 3 and y, and this has happened a few times w both cars. No issues w my phone or settings so have had to take it to get serviced since they were both under warranty when the errors occurred. Try resettimg the phone or car first, but sometimes you just need to get them to fix it at the service center. Not sure how they did that for mine, just know that I’m having this issue this week w it acting up and today not connecting to my phone at all. After trying the usual fixes, scheduled an appt w the Tesla service center.
Thank you! The first solution worked for me, the app was not properly running in the background because of the Samsung battery saving feature. Changing the app to unrestricted battery usage fixed it.
interesting...I will take my galaxy off battery save and try this. The T recognizes my phone and unlocks door but my calls and texts haven't been linking. Hopefully this will work. Thanks!
My Tesla 3 exhibits a very low hum that is only clearly audible when you put your ear to the glass. Climate control is off. It never stops. Not hot or cold out so doubtful this is managing battery twmp. Tesla tech was here to replace 12V battery and he did not know why it hums or how ro competely stop. SAFETY/ POWER OFF is m o good because see e when you exit the vehicle it wakes it up again when you use the doors. help!!
Thank you for the video. I was looking for the upgraded air filter you mentioned but Tesla store sells only one type of Air Filter. Where do I buy the upgraded version you mentioned? TIA.
