Thanks @Gwavasig , yeah there is a small indie piece of software for VR called LIV which enables this. Super cool. As now I can do a Half Life Alyx Playthrough LIVE! It's going to be so much fun to play that again.

Thanks. My new approach is during my stream, finding the screenshot and pressing the Windows key + prt screen, and then it saves the jpg of the print screen to the pictures folder 📂
