I love that instead of just glossing over Capaldi’s recasting, they actually made it a specific plot point. They spent a lot of time focusing on the fact that 12 looks like someone he once knew, and why he unintentionally “chose” that face.

I did some math back in February and saw that it would've taken until September for non-paying people to unlock all the Stories if they play everyday; that's why I spent that much money to complete Memories and upload the Stories online as fast as possible, I wanted to avoid other people spending as much money as I did and people playing as long as you did, but genuinely, you should be proud for playing this game that long to not pay

If you just care for David Tennant, start with Series 1 of the 2005 revival of the show starring Christopher Eccleston. You'll be confused without context if you start watching from Tennant's first episode, the 2005 Christmas special. Tennant lasts from Series 2 to 4 and their respective specials (he's also in the 50th and 60th anniversary specials, but they make more sense with previous series' context). It's generally not recommended to not watch all the way from the beginning with the first episode in 1963 since the show has drastically changed since then. A good starting point for modern fans is the 2005 revival with its first episode "Rose" instead. In my opinion, 1-7 it's the bestest of this series, when until Blue Tea let it go to Eipix hand, the game was ruined, the lore was messed up and the art are ugly. Now Eipix company was acquired by Playrix and has not made any new games and Blue Tea also disintegrate since then. How tragic for this good series game.
Yeah, I do agree that the Eipix games are under-polished and not well-written at best (they make a lot of baffling writing decisions in general, not just in Dark Parables), but I still like some of the story ideas they had. I still think their art is good, just in a different way since they're completely different people from Blue Tea, but I do agree that the graphics can be too blurry and pixelated at times (probably overly compressed to have a low game size). 14 is my favorite because Blue Tea returns and gives the series' best story while Eipix stays and gives the series' best soundtrack, at least in my opinion. Regardless, tragic indeed the series has ended, but I honestly don't trust most other HOPA developers to continue the series to the same level as Blue Tea or even Eipix, so it's probably for the best for now.

I always saw the Doctor’s first reaction to his new appearance and eventually coming to enjoy it as the last of the previous Doctor finally fading away and the new mind setting in.
I think the writers saw it was unrealistic for: a) Nancy to survive (or at least not get serious injuries from) being stabbed by the carousel's moving pole b) Paula to yell at Nancy for getting these injuries (it would've been too low even for Paula)
@@RoamerTummy Nancy survived falling off the carousel and being electrocuted and getting hit by the rollercoaster and using the lathe without goggles. Paula still yelled at her for getting injured in those second chances.
@@h193013 I had in my head that being hit by a carousel pole was the worst out of all these injuries, but when you put it like that (I haven't played the game in a while), my comment does stop making sense. I was thinking being skewered by a pole was the equivalent of being stabbed by a knife, which I thought was less survivable than blunt trauma and electricity. In any case, yeah, I can see the phone call being added to the game without question, I don't have a good answer for why it was removed.
So why does the doctor regenerate with a new face, and personality everytime, i remember watching a bit of doctor who back when it was on Disney(i believe it was either the 10th or 11th doctor) but could someone catch me up
In-universe, the Doctor regenerates because their current incarnation gets killed off, thus transforming into a new incarnation that's usually a different face and personality. That's always taken for granted, no one really questions why that's the case. Behind-the-scenes, the current actor of the Doctor leaves for whatever reason and gets replaced with the new actor, who gets their own take on the Doctor with their acting and new writing. That way, the show stays fresh enough with a different personality for the Doctor every so often.

Wait I'm so confused I know nothing about Doctor Who, so when they get a new face does that mean they're a new Doctor?? Basically, the Doctor has different incarnations (the different faces) played by different actors. When a new actor has to play the Doctor, the current incarnation of the Doctor (played by the current actor) gets killed off and then physically transforms into their next incarnation (played by the new actor). This is called regeneration. Each actor basically has their own take on the character of the Doctor, meaning each incarnation of the Doctor is different not only in appearance but also in personality. All of the incarnations are still the same person, the Doctor, yes. Hope this kind of helps!
