I have post traumatic osteoarthritis in both my hip and my ankle. 😅

This is exactly what I am facing right now. I've had a meniscus removal surgery when on my 26yo and now that i am 35 i am facing Post traumatic arthritis. General knee pains especially when doing certain movements makes impossible to do sports, even daily tasks are getting more and more difficult to do. Doctor said that i have to be patient and be careful what i am doing and wait for my knee to get worse in the future years to get a partial knee replacement. It looks tough for the future. I hope that fysioterapy works out for me

Im 1 year and bit post ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair, and randomly it started hurting again and swelled up a bit. Is it possible this is PTOA already?
