Thanks for the video. It really looks good. Just a tip. Explain at every step a bit about what you are going to do and why it is needed. Don't just rush over it like you would do every day. Give the user a bit of time to follow and comprehend what you are doing. This is one way communication and the user cannot interrupt you and ask what you said or did. Also hover the mouse for a moment over the area where you are going to click and tell the user where you are going to click. Thanks again for the video. I subscribed to the channel and hope to see more of these video's.

4:10 On your "Project Output" object properties, your getting a lot of options that I'm not seeing like Author, Manufacturer and Version. Is there a setting to be able to see all that?
This does not work, I have done the same steps, and when I install with the installer file that is created, and a shortcut is generated on the desktop, the program does not run, instead of running the program it gives me a list of programs to open the file
This is still a working solution, I would recommend re-watching the video and not skipping parts. Is it a windows form application you’re generating for? As applications like services etc have a different process.

This method is no longer supported due to security concerns. You will have to send emails via an authenticated smtp client, I plan on doing a video on this in the future.

Just out of curiosity, is it safe to make a product used by others with a password in the code, even with obfuscation? Couldn't someone potentially get the password? Is there some way of sending a message to a gmail address without using credentials?

As I was listening, I was typing and when you did the While you said, "greater than" and it wouldn't find anything...LOL mia culpa The other thing I did was change your naming convention as I typed, so you know I F 'd that up good. Know better next time. But, with a little troubleshooting (good practice for me) it works GREAT. Again, thank you. Now, I'm going to see if I can figure out, on my own, how to continue and add a Btn and TBox and do a Replace of highlighted instances. G' day, mate....just had to add that......thanks....JT
