This man single handedly got me from losing all my games in silver 4, to winning almost 20 games in a row as Khazix EUW Khazix#evo , watching Qiuyi improved my gameplay pathing etc so much more, thank you broski!
In this situation, Drake will be up in 20 seconds so enemy team will want that drake, he saw kled, smolder yuumi and most important elise at the drake side, he is so fed and q evolved kha zix. Enemy wont expect this baron. At this level it is about "sense"the situation and tempo. I assume he played 10000 games with khazix he doesnt even need so much info that level he sensing it maybe you know that feeling too. He took all his camps and just watch enemy team in the bush and observe, minute 20, baron will be up, drake will be up elise and enemy team think we want drake,I am fed, must take gold advantage and level, took herald and 2 grubs, that s all about tempo. And in high rank team accept that right call immediately because that was right call obvious.
Q evolve doesn't increase the damage it does IIRC. While it does reduce CD on isolated targets it quickly loses its value as the game goes on, it's only good in 1v1 duels that you probably would've won with a R evolve anyways, or taking objectives which you have teammates for especially at higher elo. Q evolve only really feels worth it imo at level 6, which is just outpaced by R evolve. W evolve is great for skirmishes which level 11 is perfect for, and E evolve is better usually at 16 cuz late game carry. Just my two cents. Q evolve isn't bad tho, just usually outpaced by one of the other three at each evolving level.
while everything talu said is true, you should test out what works the best for you, playstyle > optimal build, but if anything w evolve is incredible in beefy comps while q tend to be better in full squishy comps
