It's cool that you have so much stuff but what's the point when you cant use any of it. That looks more like a storage room. It would be better if you put in less furniture and arrange it properly. And you can switch it up every week.
You and the other player need to have the emote first and then you stand closer to each other for the interactive icon to appear. Also make sure the interaction emote is enabled in setting
