From an unbiased opinion here, i see her purposely NOT give high fives to the two men and just walk past them rudely, however i also think that the second guy noticed her actions with the first guy and knew he wasnt going to get one either, so when she did walked past him he high fived her shoulder quickly instead....both reactions are immature in my opinion....he was better off just letting her make herself look like a rude ass and just kept walking like the first guy, but instead chose to stoop to her level of immaturity and respond like a kevin.
