Hi! Welcome to Tape Time with Tom's second channel, featuring archived and restored trailers, commercials, some Misc. footage, and full length videos all sourced from VHS!
0:24 "Alright! SP: As in 'sorry, Petunia.' Because I was with Pritchett this whole time trying to find the master control. It doesn't seem to exist." -Geoffrey Rush as Steven Price in House on Haunted Hill (1999)
I was just down in Carson City volunteering yesterday, and it's strange comparing how it looks in this VHS from my childhood to how it looks today. There are a lot more trees now, for sure. Lol. It's such an incredible museum.
RIP Tom McComas 1938 - 2024 for TM Books & Video, I love toy trains, and the many videos from that video company, Richard P Kughn 1930 - 2019 for bringing lionel into its 90s boom period, and Tom Snyder 1936 - 2007 for narrating this special 2 part history of lionel trains. (btw Im not sure if anyone else in this special has passed away but if so RIP to them)
Really nice and historic in itself look at Lionel, personally I collect both Standard gauge and postwar, thing is I live in the UK and have only been to the USA once, I still get the joy of these models, it’s not all nostalgia
This is what the Lionel trains is, intended to be played with not intended to be high dollar collectors stationary on shelves. Toys not cherished delicate collectibles. Pre/post war Lionel trains will live on far after the high dollar collector electronic stuff has become non functional scrap. 😊
