The 2020 re-entry of gt500 has hurt the older mustangs for sure. This was a mentioned concern about 8 years ago. If the 2014 was the last of the gt500s, they would be $70k plus by now. 2020 and up will be the real collectibles. Unfortunate because I love the 2013/2014s. Also, hate the automatics….takes away from the driving experience IMO
They would run when everything else failed, last one I drove had 1,8xx,xxx miles and only once had a valve adjustment never popped her open just turbos and other crap but motor was still going
This happened on my 2022 Coronado . I made a tiktok on how to open the door while inside , by using a back scratcher to pull the outside handle. It got a lot of views and the comments were ridiculous . " That's not a 2022 " . " Why does your dashboard look different from mine " . Cause it's a Coronado not a Cascadia. One guy even said it was an International.
I understand your pain on buying a new truck. I was very happy to have gotten a discount on my TRX. It booked at $105k when I ordered mine but, it was reduced to $91,500, before I put money down. California wanted upwards of $20k-$30k over MS RP. So, dealers there lost my business and I went to another state to buy. Definitely add more content on the TRX. I have the same issue but on the RT door. My truck is a 2016 same color and model as. Yours I already have the replacement regulator. I’m going to have to do this by myself I’m going to have a hell of a time doing all of this.
I have the same console as yours in my 2013 raptor. How long would it take if you were to do this again? Ive taken consoles apart before but not this one. It seems difficult.
Get a couple of long nose locking pliers. They are much easier to use effectively. I also sugest buying caging bolts for your brakes. Keep them in a tool box. You can pinch your airline and cage the brakes - no time wasted trying to brush off mud and rust from the ones that come with the brake pots.
