I’m looking to start a very small real estate projects business, building small homes in California, build on affordable vacant lots. I need no less than $200K to get started but $500K or more gives more breathing room, and let’s me consider a wider range of projects. So how do I find investors. I don’t see any banks providing loans and the government won’t help. Or is this a hopeless situation?
Hi I would like to do patent of few chemicals that are used in industrial applications. Can you please walk me through process whether choosing patent filing or keeping it trade secret makes more sense. Thanks
I don't care if anyone takes my idea and runs with it. In fact, they have my permission as long as a NDA is signed that I'm given 1.3 million after taxes. When you find anyone that wants to make a lot of money with one of my ideas and agree to do that, let me know.
software copyright shouldnt exist. software patents do..but maybe for software patents the expiration date should be short..like 5 years. people stealing codes should equal to prople stealing apple or knives. shouldnt be a copyright issue. because the nature of code is. Coding is mathematics in nature. Shouldnt even be copyrightable. Thats my opinion.

Hey Patrick, I really would like some help on two ideas that I know will blow up and become popular. I've tried gofundme, and I've tried posting to business entrepreneurs..but no success. I'm kind of scared to get my ideas out because they could get stolen... any advice for me?
I hope you are not asking viewers to invest in Reg A+ as one of your videos tell the cost is $100- 200,000. If a startup has that kind of cash to risk, they do not need investors.
Reg A+ is an alternative to an IPO where a company can raise up to $50 million. It is a viable option and more cost effective than an IPO for many companies that are at that stage of raising capital.
Great advice! If a patent doc has 3 claims, does infringment come about only when another person makes a product that matches all 3 claims or just any one of the 3 claims?
A very thorough treatment of a fantastically exciting opportunity - Reg A plus and the Manhattan Street Capital platform. It can only be a matter of time before this platform becomes the norm for all micro and small cap companies with an appeal for accredited and non accredited international investors. We need the word to spread to Europe and beyond.
So, if a patent has 10 claims, all it takes to be found infringing is for 1 claim to be having all the same elements in just mere 1 of the several independent claims?
There are a variety of sources for finding Angel investors. The key is to identify the right angels that have domain expertise or technical knowledge in your vertical markets. This video also gives some good sources.
