Many thanks for those dedicated videos of yours ❤ Did I got that right, he fishes the longer rod actively and leaves the shorter ones in the bang stick passively? Greetings from Germany
Quick question:What is special about using the figure 8 knot to attach the hook to the swivel? Could you not use a normal uni knot? Thanks for the great video, these videos help me alot to get into Carp fishing.

I've just started using the method and hybrid feeder , and wished I'd seen this box before I bought a assortment of feeders guru the ones I went , but my feeder rods are 11.6 ft , so was looking at a 9ft ngauge rod but now guru have fetched out the ngauge pro . Is it worth paying the extra and getting the pro , 9ft or 10ft ?
Hi Carl this video was amazing.I’m wanting to purchased the method feeder kit but it’s unfortunate for me to purchase it because I’m from South Africa and there’s no delivery till here.Is there any other possible way for me to purchase it and get it delivered ?
Hi I’m beginning fisherman and I’ve grown to catch big carp due to ur videos Evan my first knot in my room re watching your video back and back thank you for teaching me every thing I ever needed to know. I know a over stocked perch lake near my house and has perch of over 3 pound and will be a nice place if u see this comment to go
High, I know this was a couple of years ago but, nice video and a few rewards for your efforts. When you tied all your end tackle together easy to follow but what position 🤔 was the hook in ?? Was the point facing towards the surface and the shank closest to the river bed ? Or, was it the other way 🤔 round ? Shank uppermost and point down ?? Hope you can advise, as got rod n' reel last Christmas 🎄 but not used yet, in between rod weight wise so I can drop shot and also fish plastics as well, looking forward to having a go. Hope you can help 🙏 Cheers mate, Les.
Best boilies I used were white chocolate can't remember the brand and can't find them anywhere anymore along side cookies and cream from cookes pet shop.. worked better for me than any main brand boilie
I’ve been fishing for barbel for years at my local river and cannot catch I’ve tried following all tutorials and yours was very thorough but I still haven’t been able to get a barbel Surrey rivers haven’t produced for me could you help me
Great video. Started fishing only a few months ago, I live 200 yds from the Thames, and with nobody to fish with, progressing from lake fishing to this on my own has been a tricky few visits but after watching this I feel much more confident I know what to do better next time. Thank you so much! If you ever fancy hitting the Pangbourne/Mapledurham/Purley part of this old river I'd love to join you just to watch. Thanks again.
Some great tips there. You mention reel sizes. Can you please do a video about different reels and lines to use. It would be great to understand as someone who is new to fishing. I really enjoyed the one about rod selection, so would be good to hear about reels.
If your on about method feeder reel sizes best to use either a 3000 or 4000 you won't need anything bigger and line fast sinking between 6lb and 10lb depends on what size fish are in the lake etc
