Not going to lie those teeth are annoying me a little as well as his face and the dots that are connected to the left leg skeleton. Apart from that the animation is really nice and easy on the eye as well as having some cool transitions, which makes me want to study animation here

So, here we are with another HDdaHealth board proposal, and their accounts, finances, history, failures etc.. So the mystery deepens, here is HDda, with the smoking gun in their hand, the spent cases of the bullets are marked with a Welsh Government Stamp, and there are the patients/persons, some Ok, they think, some on Boot Hill, and the rest rambling around generally not knowing what to do for the best, but what they want to keep, each one for themselves, or for another they know of. Apparently the answer to the mystery is in the data that others have kept!? so good luck! I don't know the answer, but I can see a lot of evidence in the form of who was closely involved in the circumstances that led to this position, why? Well it is straight in front of my face. All you have to do is decide yourself! What a shame you aren't able to do that as to whether treatments would benefit you, your life, your family, your child? not any more, the management got there first! Cheerio, and good luck!

So, we are still with the old concept of 201- etc., "PRUDENT HEALTHCARE" that never really lifted off, and the public/patients never had explained in any rational way. So now Hywel Dda is going to give us all a dose of it, if they have their way. If they can't and couldn't be bothered to educate all persons about prudent health care why should we put the rings through our own, and families' noses and be led to their corals to be tamed and trained, and finished off when they say so? This is a management and profession out of control. A management that can't keep their books in order and a profession that has got too big for its boots, and forgets to put it's failures out in front of the public, including their failed ethical guidelines, failed provisions, along with why they practised their apparently failed treatments without thinking "does it work? does it cause harm? if it does, rather than doing nothing, I had better find out if it is my application of the treatment, if it was properly administered by myself or my staff, and perhaps there is something better that I can do? Frequently it is the richest countries that advocate the most expensive treatments, because the professional can make loadsa money out of doing it. sometimes the poorest countries seem to do a lot better, and they don't need private health care to achieve it. somewhere called Cuba, with all of the exploitation under the USA, its privations and relentless sanctions imposed upon it, has managed to train lots of medical professionals, lots of nurses and new treatments, but they don't appear in the reviews, I'm sorry to say. Health care is a concept, and we all wish to have it and value it, but it requires more than nurture, it needs careful development and well thought out resources to develop and improve. A lot of money has gone under the bridge in Wales, including monies from Wales under London Bridge, as well as keeping many peoples power stations running, but Wales has picked up the price in loss of health, and poor services. If Hywel Dda is as smart as it says, why is it in the state it is in, and why are peoples lives balanced in the medical negligence case scenario? Its not always the patients fault, sometimes it is the operator's/operators failures to inform, educate and provide better!

of course the Hywel Dda site animated one apparently has subtitles for the visually impaired, don't you know? Truly equalising for a public body? no I don't think so! The thing is I don't know about you, but I am a bit hard of hearing, especially when most of the back ground chunter that comes out Hywel Dda seems to be drowning out what needs to be heard, but seems it is mostly about what a great lot they are, and what they are going to do, but are they really? They have lots of excuses about the size and the nature of the areas they cover, but so do the patients have to survive those differences, and they don't receive "top cat" salaries and look to blame the nature of what they have, generally speaking. All very well talking about innovating treatment regimes etc., and changing to researched and NICE ones, but explain exactly what they are. Persons don't agree to menus and lists unless they know what they are. So where is "the fully informed patient" in all of this, or s is the norm., "that comes later"? Maybe after the horse has bolted?

so what does Hywel Dda mean by the word "KIND"? A very descriptive word that elicits all different emotions in clinical provision, e.g. it would be kinder to let the patient die because we do not have the level of facilities, clinical abilities and understanding of others' values, so we will not attempt what, for us is not possible and we will let them die. Don't say anything to the relatives until near the end, because we don't want a difficult time explaining our whys!? or, is it Nurse could you fetch me something to ease the pain inbetween the long sessions between medicines, please,nd my bum is very sore from not being able to get to the toilet and there aren't enough of you, are there? And you don't get the same pay as those agency nurses, but then your employers don't have to train the agency nurses, do they?! So who is going to be kind to who? and what do they mean? When in doubt, doubt! It's not negative thinking, it's called finding out and looking for the truth behind the smoked screens!

I am wondering Ms. H Dda, how is the medicine going down? Are you stablising or still going down? Perhaps a couple of times a day isn't enough, and you need a bit more? fortunately there is plenty in the wings, and from the wings of a few angels that have become that as a result of lack of proper clinical interventions?

I notice that, along with the other local health boards in Wales, there is a composite Medical Negligence Payments likely of £521.816 million, and another possible £870.061 Million (Welsh Summarised accounts 2016/7), including emp[loyer/medical liability negligence claims. I therefore have to ask you, and in view of your failure, with three other local health boards to be able to meet your first financial duty, why you consider yourself fit to continue, and to continue to be allowed to practice in the manner that you have, especially in your first three year rolling period of review?

I think I have thought it out, is it that you are either going to use the courts to sentence me to death by starving me and dehydrating me, and giving me a cocktail of drugs to finish my brain and heart? or are the clinical changes you are going to introduce and distribute around the area a way of introducing euthanasia? So what format and where are the ethical credentials exist, of the business of health care, welfare, prevention and education that you operate for the NHS being kept? Can you honestly transplant them into your video handouts to Tommy and all of us, or are you still a profession still so full of paternalism in your judgments that you don't see the need for that either?

"My name is Tommy, I am the deaf, dumb and blind kid! I can't experience your video, visually, soundwise or by mouth. so what are you going to do about that? I can feel a lot of rumblings and grumblings coming deep from within the people of Hywel Dda, but I don't see, don't hear and can't write of any proper response! Why?

funny how the PREVIOUS comments are NOT being kept ON VIEW for people to read. wonder why? is it because it is just another form of cutting the per head amount spent to less than the costs of firing missiles and bombs at other countries as the present first minister of wales agreed/sanctioned. Or is it because Hywel Dda are frightened that the real truth is being hidden from the people how they have been sold healthwise down the drain for years by referring people with chronic problems for inept and inapproriate treatments in order to hide the lack of well trained and experienced clinicians. Let's see how people like THE DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL CHANGE, P. KLOER rose to his rank and with what experience and success rate?

1.You do not pay for the health services, as you have claimed. The people of the UK pay for the services, albeit the present syle of government and the welsh government have determined how much you receive in monetary terms. 2. The services provided at the moment experienced by patients unfortunate enough to fall into the Hywel Dda area, for whatever reason, are receiving poor treatment and poor value for money, with no definite signs of " value added" appearing as time has progressed, infact the reverse. There is little or no indication of value based education involved in the health services provision. 3. Despite the monies received by Hywel Dda there has been little or no sign of improved education for patients, and/or promotion of patients evaluations as regards their treatments provided, their efficacy or otherwise, and apparently only the views of the clinicians. The same clinicians who are being paid by the monies collected by the state from persons, and frequently overworked, much like their clientel, underpaid, with insufficient additional training and safeguarding for their mental health, stress levels, personality problem ,medications etc.. These problems are not the fault of the system or those that have paid into what was deemed an insurance scheme to all effects, it is the fault of the professions themselves in allowing their members to be treated in such appalling fashions. Unfortunately the public have little effect in their complaints as dealing with those has, or ad, virtually ground to a halt, and in the cases that continue into medical negligence law, malpractice, and the Courts, their time to complete is measure in years, or death, generally speaking. 4. It is encouraging to think that services might be moved closer to patients that can, or are able move to them, but provision of bedside and ambulance provision has generally reached dangerously poor levels, and there is no present indication of how these problems will be solved, as the main thrust is that less needs to be spent, no improving patient knowledge, understanding and access to monitoring equipment for self ue and determination of the need to have a consultation with somebody qualified to engage with any problems. Various persons, authors and others have published their ideas, including I Illitch, and to some extent the deschooling of society could seem a cost benefit, both in terms of reduction in iatrogenic disease problems, increased understanding of the public of their own bodies and the reasons to prevent self harm and damage by excesses in life, frequently encouraged by other groups intent on making profit from the sale of their goods/services, rather than the long term benefits for a individual. 5. Generally speaking the effects of the proposed changes do not reduce the institutionalised nature that the health care industry and its services have involved persons in, as that wing of prevention and education, along with easy access to self testing and diagnosis, or "no need", has not been supported sufficiently. In fact the reverse has now become the idea, i.e. to encourage this at times when clinicians deem end of life is best, as the treatment. With these contraversial moral/ethical actions now becoming apparently a necessary part of the claimed needs of an effective health care system, whilst also representing a cost cutting/money saving imposed decision at the externally decided end of a persons days, there would seem to be an ethical dilemma growing as to the virtue of such policies. There is plenty of scope to consider that some treatments have been surpassed and are now unnecessary, but for chronic sufferers /disabled persons, including those as a result of chronic long term illnesses, not replacing a treatment with talk, and/or more traveling is minimally demeaning at best, and at worst, discriminative. Certainly there may be other treatments tha could be effective, however it is obvious that the use of, and the necessity of NICE has been to greatly reduce costings and or treatments, based upon statistical reviews, and therefore those that could benefit have had that opportunity removed and replaced with nothing. 6. Nothing has been described regarding accessibility for the different genres of disabled persons by Hywel Dda in their animated short above, no signing apparently, subtitles, etc.?

As the mother of Landon Johnson who starved to death from exclusive breastfeeding, I highly recommend that any mother concerned about her child not getting enough breast milk should see a physician first before any other health professional as they are the only ones trained in diagnosing and treating critical illness in infants. fedisbest.org/
