You forgot K9- let a dog trained to be especially aggressive just chew him up for a few minutes while everyone stands around yelling stop resisting. Cause you know a dog attacking a person is not dangerous or anything- but god forbid a dog without credentials even looks at a -cop- policy enforcer wrong, cause they are so dangerous ya know.
It's not Channa Micropeltes or Striata. It's Channa Lucius. But the video doesn't show it well. Either Parachanna Obscura or Channa Lucius. I would say it is Lucius. Where are you from?
I believe it is a pla chon (striped snakehead or channa striata). This specie can live in still and muddy waters, commonly found in rice fields and drainage ditches.Their coloration is usually light brown all over their body. The pla chado (giant snakehead or channa micropeltes) normal habitat is clean flowing waters in dams and river tributaries. They come in bright multi hue coloration with dark patches, and normally have a white underbelly.
My first guess was pla chon because they are so common in this area, but several people who saw it said I was mistaken and that it was a "pla dou" or "pla chadou."
Yeah its a Radiated Rat Snake, they use those a lot in Thailand. They're fun to watch because they're highly aggressive and sometimes make a better show.
