So happy I found this video, my fringe has always been a bother partly because no matter how it's cut, I seem to have permanent curly strands around the forehead which spring back into a curly state no matter what I do. Exasperating! But today I learned so many easy techniques in this video, thank you, Steph. I'll try them and see what happens. Also learned how to use the oval-shaped brush properly. I was on the verge of giving up on it. Thanks! I love your videos, you always clearly demonstrate simple, easy-to-do-yourself techniques. Maybe, could you do a video to discuss when and how to use gel, hairspray, salt spray, mousse, and those sorts of products. Your little one is the cutest! Yes, a budding hairdresser already.
Hi Steph - I really enjoyed watching every bit of your demonstration. Do you know what the difference is between a hot hair brush and a hot brush styler? I have a hot hair brush but apart from drying my hair (after using a hair dryer first) it doesn't do much to smooth my hair. So I thought there must be a difference between a brush and a styler. Thanks so much.
I’m glad you liked it! I think the difference is the styler doesn’t actually blow air just gets hot - very similar to my Evy Styler product review. It’s just a brush that gets hot. If that makes sense xx

You’re welcome! One that blows air would be better! The Hot tools brand one is great because you can change the attachment - it doesn’t spin but it’s better - I have a video on that one too. Aww thank you that means a lot and I’m glad you like my content xx
