Well done! Really liked that analysis! That wide receiver room is even more loaded than I was thinking it was. A couple of to add; You will probably hear more about true freshman running back Jaden Baugh who made a huge impression in the spring game. Finally, Napier did essentially a complete overhaul of the defense coaching staff including Ron Roberts who was the architect of the defense that Austin Armstrong had been running. Also added secondary coach Will Harris from the Chargers and Gerald Chatman for D Line from Tulane. As you can see from the some of the losses it was the Defense side that was by far the bigger weakness. Also made major changes in Strength & Conditioning which also seemed to be a major weakness last season.
,,@ frank, yeah @ the end of the season. Because you know no more than the rest of these people on all the other teams running their mouths. Every morning brings a new day.
@@jeffzuiderveen7266 Miami, Sanford, Texas a and M (close one), Mississippi State, UCF, Tennessee(another close one), Kentucky, LSU, FSU I’m still unsure about Ole Miss.
Honestly I see them going 9-3 to Champs due to Graham Mertz is a great QB with weapons this time around. Also, I truly believe the Rowdy Reptiles are back on the defensive side.
Good look into important player returns/additions - and your take overall was quite good I thought. I agree that 8-4 or 9-3 look possible, with an improved roster and staff. A strong start is crucial.
I truly believe it could be better for the , Gators this year. Those guys that purposely threw those games. Are gone. We have committed new players who want it badly this year. I believe we sre going to play like it this time around. Napier has to keep this team together and hungry to prove they are ,true Gators .Napier s , Gators have yo play ballers on defence. I hope he brought on those who can give 100 persent everydown.
In defense of ND and our abysmal schedule, we were supposed to play Miami, but they overbooked their schedule and had to bail. Regardless, 12-0 is certainly possible
I agree with UF students as the best. UF grads are often incredibly successful. Also, I’ve been to the swamp several times and it’s the loudest stadium I’ve been to. For reference, I’ve been to every SEC and some ACC stadium… swamp is second to none.
Great topic. Unfortunately, I think the only way that all the teams involved will get deserving credit will be shows like this. I really like the breakdown of stats by team. I think some draft day analysis has given proper credit and that helps, but once they are in the NFL, I don't think the space for tv graphics allows for proper credit.
