It's so great you can have a record of these times together. As a tap dancer at a New York dance school in the 1950s, who can only rely on memory for those great times, I so envy you.
Tommy can play anything. Immediately. He knows every note on the neck. He knows every transition. He knows every genre. There is never been a guitarist like Tommy Emmanuel. All of the great players who sound like they Tommy Emmanuel are not. They are magnificent players. But there is only one Tommy Emmanuel. And he knows it!
my brother who recently passed away was a phenomenal guitarist and looked like Peter. I’m 18 years younger than him and a decent guitarist and I look a lot like Tommy….although I will never be confused with him in any way lol.

Yea. But Richard tried to play what he played for Chet and TE couldn’t let him have the stage. He does not realize what he’s doing. He’s stealing the limelight. He’s the best. But give it a rest. Let Richard play one 90 second piece ALONE.
