Welcome to my channel! I will be uploading some of my music collection on this channel. Most of what I share will be Beatles items that I love and enjoy from my collection. Although this is not meant to be a 'review' channel, I will occasionally unbox and give my thoughts on new releases and old releases, but that won't be often. The primary purpose of my channel is to simply share my collection and my love of music.
I also enjoy playing the guitar, and I may upload some of my guitar playing as well. :)
If you're a fan of music, feel free to subscribe. I hope to post some interesting content that you'll enjoy and (hopefully!) find interesting.

Hi PTP Haven't been watching much lately. I'm back now checking what you've got. By the way you remember I told you I was waiting for a small burger on my finger ? It's been done . I'm starting to practice jazzy chords. Nice looking book you're showing 👏👍
I have found Taylor Swift rather late in life. I got the two albums you have, which I loved then bought all of her previous and current music. I am definitely hooked. Hope you enjoy you journey !
@@presstoplay2314 He's been talking about touring for years now. If it happens, it will be like seeing a unicorn. He doesn't have confidence in his current vocals. I wish he would not tease us.
I really, really hope he tours with a new album. I recently saw Journey, but for me, Journey will never really be 'Journey' without him. I know he'll never sing like he used to, but I just want to see and hear him sing those songs. A true legend.
@@presstoplay2314 Sadly, he knows that he can't sing those songs like he used to. Remember those insanely high falsetto parts in "Mother, Father" and "Still They Ride"? That was forty or more years ago. He's just stringing us along until he retires for good. He promised his girlfriend that he would come back out but he hasn't done it like we all want.
I hear you... But I still hope he does a small tour in small venues/clubs. I would still love to see him - even if he's no longer on top of his game. I just love his music. Thanks for commenting. I really enjoyed reading your thoughts on this. Cheers.
I agree! I love that album! I actually like some of the demos that he recorded with Elvis Costello more than the album versions. It's a wonderful album. Thanks for the comment.
Very nice. I recently got a regular copy of that. Would love to get that gold vinyl release though. That was just in Canada that that edition was released, correct?
@@presstoplay2314 Winnipeg is not terribly far from me. One of these days I’ll get up there to hunt around. There’s a few Beatles Canadian releases I’m hoping to find. That one is probably top of my list as there’s so little Beatles colored vinyl officially released.
Yes, this is a repeat of other collections on CD. I am not into vinyl. You might want to tell viewers this is a vinyl repeat of movie and other collections.
I wish I had an answer for you!! I’m not sure, but even if it is, I don’t have the other one, and I love vinyl, so I’m happy with it. Sounds great as well..
There's an all black vinyl version and a cloud printed vinyl version. The cloud print is available on the Tom Petty site. I think orange is exclusive to Amazon. I want to say Target has black, but I may be wrong.
A 50 uear box set Woodstock n no Hendrix its pkay Jimo has his set on cd trlease but it seems like a void without the finale artist considering Woodstock was the swam song of sixties😢
@@presstoplay2314 hi again. My question was- this box set is not a later reissue? I asked the store proprietor to open it, there were three disks and a booklet inside none of which revealed any date 🤔
Hi again! My understanding is that it was only reissued in 2005 on CD and DVD with revised artwork. I don’t think they ever reissued the vinyl box set.
How time flew Wow 50th anniversary . Like you say "those who expected Jimi Hendrix would be disappointed. I'm going to check your latest " Let It Bleed" ...
It is such a nice looking box. The spine on mine the glue gave out so it opens wider than it should. Very glad you found a nice one there. Thanks for the mention!
I'm not sure why they released this, the majority of this set, was previously released on Vol 1 & 2 decades ago.The Grateful Dead & Creedence Clearwater Revival is available as full sets elsewhere.
I didn't know that! I'll have to go looking for the Dead and CCR sets. I would love to have those as well. It's a nice compilation for people like me who don't have the other sets. Sound quality is great, considering the source. Thanks for visiting, and for commenting. Cheers from Canada.
Hopefully this is sonically superior to those original sets (which I also have on vinyl). I welcome The Band and Grateful Dead performances. I have the Jimi Hendrix Woodstock album already.
I have ordered this from Amazon after your unboxing, looks really nice hope it has decent sound quality to go along with it, thanks for sharing this, have wanted it for a long time as well. Take care!
I was really pleased with the sound quality! It sounds great, considering when and how it was recorded all those years ago. I think you'll really enjoy it.. No Jimi though. There was likely a publishing/legal issue. Just guessing, but it seems odd that they would leave him out. It's still a fantastic set. Let me know what you think of it when you get it. I'm curious to hear your thoughts as well. Take care of yourself.
BeatleDustino! Thanks for visiting. I was happy to (finally) find the Oratorio vinyl box. I would LOVE the Let It Be Naked album and the Yellow Submarine album on yellow vinyl. They are a little pricey though. And, of course, I really want the Butcher cover. LOL Thanks for commenting. :)
@@presstoplay2314 Let It Be Naked and YS Songtrack on yellow are both grails of mine. The Butcher is way to speedy for me to even grail. I have a fraternity brother from Winnipeg whose parents came to several of our formals. We’d always talk music and they told me they had a Canadian pressing Butcher cover. I think they’re the only people I know that have one.
I have a friend who has the Butcher cover and I held it in my hands. LOL I really want that one, but it's SO expensive. I doubt I'll ever own the Let It Be Naked album, but who knows... YS Songtrack is still within reach, I think. I own the black vinyl - but not the yellow pressing.
@@presstoplay2314 doubt I’ll ever afford those. I’m kicking myself as not long ago, a year back or less, I was looking at the YSS yellow vinyl on Discogs that had a great description and was only $45. They went way up since then.
Join the club. That's the story of my life. LOL I had a John Lennon autograph in my hand - beautifully written and bold - about 25 years ago. I let it go... I'll never see anything like that again. It was definitely authentic too. From a very reputable dealer in Toronto who ran his own Beatles shop at the time. Ugh. That will haunt me forever. hahaha. My only missing link.
Once Upon a Long Ago is a nice track too! LOL Standing Stone is on my list of things to get as well. I may have found a sealed copy of Ocean Kingdom, but I really want Standing Stone. I would also LOVE the first two Fireman albums as well. I have Electric Arguments, but I'm missing the others. And I want Twin Freaks too! All of them are pretty expensive... Thanks for commenting and for visiting. Keep well.
