The damn online check-in isn’t working. 13 hours before the flight, and I still can’t check in online. I tried yesterday, around 30 hours before departure, and it didn’t work then either. I called the travel agency through which I booked, but they couldn’t help either. Check-in at the airport, on the other hand, comes with a fee. I suspect this is intentional, a way to make money off airport check-ins or force people into reserving a seat in advance. Funnily enough, when I go to reserve a seat, that works, and my flight is found. But I’m not about to pay to reserve a seat. Damn airline.
Also, die Flieger Innenausstattung ist ziemlich alt. Die Sitze wurden zum Teil mit Klebeband repariert. Bitte Innenausstattung warten /erneuern/reparieren
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent flight, XQ0590 (Booking reference - AM7AQF) from Antalya (AYT) to London Gatwick (LGW), scheduled for 21st July. I experienced significant inconveniences due to the multiple delays of this flight. Upon check-in and baggage drop-off, everything seemed to proceed smoothly. However, after an hour, the initial delay was announced, moving the departure time from 07:55 to 11:40. Subsequently, the flight was delayed further to 12:30, then 13:00, and finally to 15:30, causing a total delay of several hours. Ultimately, we departed only at 17:00. Despite the 9-hour delay, no complimentary food was provided on the plane for a flight lasting 4 hours and 40 minutes. Only a small cupcake was offered, and even tea was chargeable. When I attempted to order items listed in the menu, such as schnitzel and potatoes for 15 euros, I was informed they were unavailable and were offered only bread-based items or sandwiches. During the waiting period, we were not provided with any information about the cause of the delays or any amenities, such as Wi-Fi for communication or even water. The lack of communication and basic amenities added to the frustration and inconvenience experienced. The extended delay caused me considerable inconvenience, and I am requesting a refund for my ticket, including the additional extra baggage option. Furthermore, I seek compensation for the distress and complications caused by this experience and full refund of my ticket with all extra services included.

euer erst kürzlich verbessertes online Mitgliederportal funktioniert garnicht, kann mich dort nicht anmelden, auch der link dazu um das passwort zu erneuern, funktioniert nicht. obwohl ihr fast ein jahr gebraucht habt um die seite zu erneuern, wundert es mich nicht, weil dort auch vorher noch nie irgendwas richtig funktioniert hat
