Ah heheeheee lol reminds me of Charlie & Humphrey on KTVU channel 2 in the 70s good times, Buster & Me on KRON NBC channel 4 in the 80s fun times & also Captain Kangaroo!
And yes, she did fall on purpose. Watch the way she slings herself away from him. He doesn't push her away. Then, she pulls her hand out of Sal's, spins around one full turn, and sits down with her right leg under her, in perfect postion to keep singing and without "showing anything" to the audience. My guess is Sal wasn't in on it, and they were doing it just to put one over on him.
Her 3rd song written for the show shows pure genius and it shows how screwed up Record Labels can be for natural talents that don't need any help writing songs. In the last 3 years she has written so many beautiful songs but they messed up her career so badly that hardly anyone has heard them.
She had that beautiful break in her voice just like Brenda Lee and Ronny Spector but lost it as her voice matured, today she has an even more beautiful voice.
LYRICS: If just one person believes in you Deep enough and strong enough, believes in you Hard enough and long enough Before you knew it, someone else will think "If he can do it, I can do it" Making it two Two whole people who believe in you And if two whole people believe in you Deep enough and strong enough, believe in you Hard enough and long enough There's bound to be some other person who believes in making it a threesome Making it three People you can say "Believe in me" And if three whole people Why not four? And if four whole people Why not more, and more, and more. And when all those people believe in you Deep enough and strong enough, believe in you Hard enough and long enough It stands to reason You yourself will start to see what everybody sees in you And maybe even you Can believe in you too
