Ay bro i LOVE you for this. No joke teachers make revision like a thing you HAVE TO DO, DAY AFTER DAY, 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. But this video taught me to calm down and create a flow and go with it. Honestly ima have to like, sub and defo share this to others. THANKS MAN!!
Thank you so much!! I need a man like you! I also want academic comeback, tomorrow is our recognition day but I'm not satisfied in my general average so that's why I want academic comeback even the opening of school hasn't started yet, I prompted my mindset that I need academic comeback! So thank you so much for these advices! I appreciate it a lot! I subscribed by the way! New fan here!!!!! Love you Dennis!
Saw the 30 days before GCSE vid about 2 weeks before my first paper on the 15th of May and I still managed to sort my cards out and write every paper with confidence, I’ve also unlocked a new form of discipline and now that we’re in the 1 week break, I plan on utilising it to the best and finishing on a high note
@@HarryGradonfor poetry learn 5 key ones. if ur doing power and conflict watch mr salles it helped and saved time. and make sure you know like a sentence of context for all poems. for inspector calls make sure you know key quotes for each character and basic context
As someone who got majority 9s and A*A*A from merely writing what we were told to write despite not revising for the whole year (being naturally smart helped too), I can tell you this is pointless trying to attain all 9s at GCSEs. Frankly work hard on what you are good at and focus on it. Don’t bother trying too hard with what you are bad at. Get 9s in what you like and what you are good at. All I did was do a bunch of past paper questions. It’s easy and is not that deep.
i use a computer to type my answers in most exams, other than maths obv, and what i do for english is i plan on the paper, and then do my answer on the computer.
@@knightcatz5533 yes. AQA, doing Macbeth and ACC. When you do the exam you're given 2 booklets. One with the texts and one for answers. You can write your plan on paper, and clearly mark at the top saying what you're writing on the paper is a plan. When you have finished the exam, you print your typed work, and it is stapled to the answer booklet. It will be just the same as everybody else's, where they have a bit for planning and a bigger bit for writing their actual answers, but instead for you it will just be typed.
For sciences in the mocks I used the revision guides which are like the cgp books and I got 8s, do you think a mixture of past papers and the cgp books/other revision books is good, or should I just do past papers
Genuine question; whats the point of doing gsce's if im already gonna be set for life? My parents arent rich but i know what job i want and it wont need any passes is any exams except maybe hospitality and im good at cooking. It pays pretty well too.
Current grades for GSCE will be back in august (from last mocks). Perf arts = 9 French = 9 English Lang = 6 English Lit = 6 Geography = 6 Maths = 4 Science = 55 R.E = 5 Creative Media = Level 2 Pass
from a less than average middle schooler to a top highschool student, its all in your mindset. No one can push you harder than yourself. You have it all in you already just use that motivation to get better grades
Hey, have a question if i got sub par results for my igcses in my first year, and want to redo them can i take my as levels and igcses in the same year ? Woudl it look good or bad for college applications
