Which wheels did you use? If there was a shot that included the markings clearly I missed it. Also, a thought - getting the washers and the wheel aligned on the shaft looks a little fiddly, why not have shoulders on the brass and a smaller shaft? That way you can have brass (or switch to bronze) as the bearing surface instead of steel-on-steel, and the washers and the wheel will align.

Looks really cool. Never seen anything like it. I’d prefer if the striker was hard mounted rather than a separate piece but other than that I’m just nitpicking. Really creative.
