Picked up a MAMACOO 's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!
Let's remember that there are bunch of people paying $500 for Gucci flaps that cost like 25 cents to make. People who will buy that gold watch don't give a damn about money, I bet Musk already have watch numbered 2. But how you would compare swatch/omega piece of plastic with same quality of movement? No one pays $270.00 for quality of the watch, it is only about the name, cool story and let's not forget what were those watches doing on secondary market. The same thing will happen years from now with those less expensive Trump watches. Besides of the quality which is important to watch guys like you, there will be collectors that will pay for a piece of history, no matter how much you dislike Trump. ps I bought 20 of the red ones and I'm going to double the money right after hell win or triple it if he looses but it will take me little bit more time...
The $100K version is extremely tasteless and overdone, and it looks like something from the claw machine at the supermarket. The cheaper ones look a lot like a rebranded Orient or something similar.

Brendan you're right that the watches themselves are nothing special and the website is rushed with mistakes what looks like mockups rather than finished product but just like others here jumping on the bash Trump train you don't have a clue why people buy these watches and it has nothing to do with the timepieces themselves.

I was looking for a simple Rolex. AK, Explorer I, or OP. I got an AK after waiting for 3 weeks. It is not my 1st Rolex. It is not a popular model, and I love that. I wear it everywhere, and it flies under the radar.
I don’t believe the swatch stuff affected prices. Rolex have dipped in the market loads, they don’t make plastic watches for £300. It’s a market correction, the hype watches have all come down the same, the Snoopy is a hype watch. The Moonswatches haven’t affected Omega at all IMO. I don’t think the prices of the regular Mononwatch tanked cos they weren’t hyped, the Moonswatches should have affected those too if they were the reason.
