I have a neighbor just like her. The only difference is that my neighbor at least had the decency to never reproduce, and therefore not abuse a kid with their neurotic behavior.
Penny pingletons parents are the worst racists ever why would they do this they're insane as Inez and seaweeds mother Maybelle puts it pennies parents are loonies for being disapproving of penny and seaweeds relationship and going to such extreme measures to keep them apart my cousin Andrea's husband George is African American and I'm happy for them
I love this film i will not tolerate the remake this is the one perfect casting i have the soundtrack on vinyl but the song the girls are been tested to is not on it does anyone know what its called?
This scene can be studied for its commentary on social politics at the time. Every detail is carefully chosen. Nadine is the best one of the 3 and she is light skinned and is automatically dismissed and looked down on because Negro Day is just on Thursday Nights. Most of the music they dance to is black music and the dances are modeled after black dances, but they ask her if she can relate to white music. Tracy comes and makes the same statements about integration but is taken more seriously.
I think that’s Amber was jealous of Tracey especially when she’s kept spreading rumors about her. I’m glad that she’s got what she what she deserved especially her Mom’s wig had a bomb 💣 especially when her parents got arrested. Jennydebrier
Hey Brits. I've always been curious about this but in your schools growing up was "the Principal" the same as your "Headmaster"? Being the ultimate authority in discipline and had the power to send you home, suspend you or even expel you from the school altogether? Who was the last step for discipline in your school? Nowadays the "Principal" is more of an administrative/bureaucratic role and the "Vice Principal" handles all discipline and authority. As an American kid there is nothing more scary at school than being sent to the Principals Office. (shivers)
